லாஸ் வேகாஸ் : இரண்டு மிக முக்கியமான கிராமிஸ் விருதுகளை Silk Sonic album வென்றுள்ளது. 19 வயதாகும் ஓலிவியா அதிக விருதுகளை அள்ளி அனைவரையும் ஆச்சரியப்படுத்தி உள்ளார்.

ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் சிறந்த இசைக் கலைஞர்கள், இசையமைப்பாளர்கள், இசை ஆல்பங்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு கிராமி விருதுகள் வழங்கி கெளரவிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 1959 ம் ஆண்டு துவங்கி இந்த விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. கடந்த ஆண்டு 84 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்ட கிராமி விருதுகள், இந்த ஆண்டு 86 க்கும் அதிகமான பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

2022 ம் ஆண்டிற்கான 64வது கிராமிஸ் விருதுகள் நேற்று வழங்கப்பட்டன. ஜனவரி 31 ம் தேதி நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்ட இந்த விழா, ஓமைக்ரான் பரவல் உச்சத்தில் இருந்ததால் தள்ளி வைக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த விழா நேற்று லாஸ் வேகாஸ் நிவேதாவில் நடைபெற்றது. கிராமி விருது வழங்கும் விழா இங்கு நடப்பது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும். இதில் வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது. இந்த விழாவில் இசையமைப்பாளர் ஏ.ஆர்.ரஹ்மானும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
